Joey D’s is a food trailer that specializes in sous vide chicken wingz, ribz, pulled pork, mac & cheese and more! No wingz are ever fried. We created a proprietary method of cooking them that allow the flavor to completely permeate the meat. The Joey D’s trailer is furnished with equipment to cater your most extravagant event, backyard barbeque, brunch, and everything in between.
We’re based out of Worcester but can travel anywhere in New England to satisfy your food trailer desires. We look forward to seeing you.

Joey D’s
One of Joe’s earliest memories was cooking with his mother.
Always wanting to hold the mixer, seeing the eggs, oil, water and cake mix turn into a silky-smooth batter, then getting to taste the finished product, was reward itself. Culinary school followed and it was a done deal; cooking was in his bones.
Joe’s wife and Joey D’s Co-Founder, Laurie, was a cake decorator, having already had her own business, Laurie’s Luscious Layers. Family, friends, and ultimately strangers, via word of mouth, helped her build a thriving cake decorating business until her interests pulled her in a different direction.
Holiday parties, backyard barbeques, and poker nights, combined with the culinary tendencies of this couple, is where Joey D’s quietly gained momentum to become the food trailer that it is today.
